Bulletin Summary:
Concho Educators members can now go paperless by enrolling in credit card E-Statements. Beginning December 7, 2009, TNB’s new E-Statement functionality will be available to cardmembers logging in to GoToMyCard.com.
It’s easy for cardmembers to enroll in E-Statements. A new option, “Go Paperless” in the Quick Links menu will be available after logging in to TNB’s cardmember access site www.GoToMyCard.com. Simply click on the link to take you to the Tools and Services page where you can change the paper statements option to E-Statements and enter a valid email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the designated email address and once you confirm, you will have instant access to a PDF-version of your paper statement within GoToMyCard and will begin to receive monthly E-Statement notifications on the day your statement is ready for viewing. E-statements enrollment is not currently available for Family Card accounts. Statement inserts will not be viewable by cardmembers enrolled in E-Statements.
